Quick FAQS.

You can shop online and select in store pick up for your convenience. There is no shipping charge to ship directly to the store for pick up. Please make sure you are local and able to pick up the order from our location in Belmar, NJ. At shipping, select store address as the ship to so as to avoid a shipping charge.  Orders placed for in store pick up which require shipping will not be canceled and will be invoiced for a shipping fee. Should any such order be canceled there will be a 5% fee deducted before a refund will be issued. 

We ship using USPS or UPS. If you select standard shipping, your item (excluding books) will ship via First Class Mail. Due to rising shipping costs, books are now shipped via media mail and can take an extra few days for delivery.  If you need a book to arrive quicker, we suggest using Priority mail to ensure timely delivery. Please note: First Class packages are shipped without insurance and we cannot be responsible for them once they leave our store.  Priority mail (or UPS) will provide insurance in the event of loss or non-delivery. Make sure to double check your ship to address. In the event a package is returned for incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your items if we determine package can be reshipped. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

In the event that a package is lost or is not delivered within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact your local post office and file a claim. If priority mail or UPS ground is selected at checkout then the package is insured. However, if First Class USPS mail is chosen, the package is not insured and therefore store credit or refunds can not be issued. 

Returns: There are no returns on custom monogrammed, embroidered or personalized items. We also do not accept returns on swimwear, hair accessories, plush items/toys, hats, photo props, blankets, teethers, jewelry, toys, gift cards or final sale items.  All other items may be returned within 14 days for full refund (using the same method as payment). We only accept new, unworn items with tags and original packaging and items must be free of smoke and fragrances. Please contact us for a return authorization to determine if your item(s) is eligible to be returned. Items returned outside the 14 day window will receive a store credit for the return amount.  We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.  

Defective items: In the unlikely event you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 3 days to rectify the issue.  We cannot accept defective items after such time.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you are using a discount code, please use it at checkout. We cannot apply a code after an order has been submitted. 

Return authorization: Before returning any merchandise please follow the following steps. Contact us at info@cuteasbuttons.com with your order number and return request. Please let us know the reason for the return and confirm that the item you would like to return is still new, unworn and with original packaging. Once we receive your request, we will advise you on how to proceed. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return your items. If you are local, you can return the items in store to our location in Belmar NJ.  Credit will only be issued for unused, unworn merchandise with tags.
