Shipping & Pickup Policy

In-Store Pickup

  • Location: Belmar, NJ.
  • Cost: Free.
  • How to Order: Select the store address as your shipping destination at checkout to bypass shipping fees.
  • Important Note: Orders placed for pickup that actually require shipping will be invoiced for the shipping fee. If an order is canceled due to non-payment of shipping, a store credit will be issued for the order amount.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).
  • Standard Fulfillment: Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1 business day.
  • Custom/Monogrammed Items: Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for production.
  • Weekends & Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping Options

We ship via USPS and UPS. You can choose from the following at checkout:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00 (Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days).
  • Live Rates: Real-time pricing for USPS and UPS services selected at checkout.
  • Books: Shipped via Media Mail to keep costs low. If you need a book quickly, we recommend selecting Priority Mail.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Guaranteed Service: UPS Next Day or Next Day Air Saver are the only services with a delivery date guarantee.
  • Priority Express: Please note that USPS Priority Express is a 2-day window and is not a guaranteed service.
  • Carrier Delays: Cute as Buttons is not responsible for transit delays once the package has been tendered to USPS or UPS. Shipping charges for non-guaranteed services are non-refundable.
  • Claims: If a package is lost or not delivered within 21 days, please contact us so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Address Accuracy & Returns

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
  • Refunds: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: Shipped via DHL.
  • Duties & Fees: Import duties, brokerage, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot control or predict these fees.
  • Returns to Sender: If an international package is returned, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount (less original shipping) minus a 20% restocking fee. This balance will be issued as store credit only.
